Arrived no key as door wouldn’t lock also no hot water on arrival this took a couple of attempts to rectify
Then it rained ok they can’t change the weather but I didn’t expect it to rain inside my trailer too loo roll holder also looked very sad key took a couple of days loo roll holder was also fixed at the same time still no leak fixed though luckily it didn’t rain again left a day early my deposit better fly back into my account with as much speed as it was taken
We walked inside and we hear a guy in the middle of the store yell what do you need. Really you sell campers. I told him need to talk to a salesman and he is like in the corner. The salesman never bothered to even stand up. Asked what we wanted and price range kinda looked on a paper and said nope we have a toy haver that is way above the price range we gave him. I asked where his used ones are and he said that they rent them all out for rally and they need to be cleaned first. OK I wanted to buy a camper that day. We went and paid cash for a camper at another dealership. So you all just rent the rv and don't really worry about selling. We up grade every two years. I will never go there to buy a camper. So you lost two sales. 🤔 do better if you hate your jobs find something else.
Apparently they must not have an official service department. I called to arrange warranty service on a 2022 Alliance Valor. Some guy answered the phone, told him that I needed service; to which he replied: "I'm not sure if anyone is back there, let me page them". After 7 minutes on hold, I hung up!
We took our camper here to have the shower door replaced. We did not do a walk through before leaving. The next morning I looked and what I found was unbelievable. As I walked into the camper the instructions were laying by the door, there was a drop of putty by the couch, there was something on the stairs, there was a dirty rag laying on the floor, there was old sealer and other stuff on , in and around the shower, they used our towels to step on, then shower head was not reconnected and when I picked up the rag that had damaged the linoleum.
They called us and told us it was done and ready. It’s not like we called and needed the camper!
When I called them the next day all they said was sorry! They said they would make it right the next time we came in. Not sure we will use them again.
I recently left my fifth wheel in their care for several months and I was impressed with the outstanding service provided. Francis, Matt, and Taylor were all extremely friendly and professional. Everything was in excellent condition upon our return after a very long time away.
We were from out of town and had a camper issue. They helped us through all of our issues.
We had a problem with my camper leg not working. I worked with Matt to order from the manufacturer and got it in a day. Then Joe helped us get it on the truck.
This is a great place to do business with. I would recommend them.
We purchased a pull trailer about a month ago. Absolutely love it. We found a few things that could have been problems, Matt, Joe and our original sales person, Stanley were extremely sympathetic and understanding. So far they have had wonderful solutions and are working with us. A bit of a surprise how accommodating they were. Way to go guys!!!
Our Sylvan trailer got hit from behind by a driver who fell asleep on I90, and our coupling was bent so badly we couldn't remove it. By chance, this happened a few miles from Jack's. We made it there, and they replaced our coupling with a spare, and we we're back on the road in no time. Very kind people, helped us greatly when we needed it. Great service!
